6 whole eggs
3 tbls Smart Balance Omega Plus
1/2 tsp mustard
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
6 slices white bread

  1. hard boil the 6 eggs

  2. peal off shells

  3. chop into a bowl

  4. mix with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper

  5. spread on inbetween two slices of bread
