creamy shrimp dish - serve over angel hair

Recipe Ingredients for Happy Shrimp

1 pound shrimp
3 T butter
2 plum tomatoes
1/6 pint table cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 T basil
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup green onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 dash cayenne

Recipe Directions for Happy Shrimp

  1. Melt butter and add garlic and green onions. After a minute of two, add shrimp and cook both sides (approximately 5 minutes).

  2. Remove shrimp from skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer until thick at medium low. Add shrimp and bring to temperature.
