400 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
410 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
390 grams Lentils, Mature Seeds
400 grams Tomatoes Crushed In Puree
420 grams Original Baked Beans
2 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 clove Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Hannahs mince mix

Cook mjnce, drain, add mushrooms carrot and brocolli, saute, add pepper garlic and chilli, cook 2 minutes, add all tinned food, simmer until veges are tender, stirring aoccasionally
