Tasty cornbread that my daughter with a milk egg and nut allergy can eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Hannah's Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flax seed
3 tablespoon water
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Hannah's Cornbread

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl mix water, and flax seed. Let it sit 2 minutes. Stir in soymilk and vegetable oil into the flaxseed. In a seperate bowl mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 22-24 minutes.
