A bolognese designed to maximise flavour but minimise calorific intake.

Recipe Ingredients for Hannah's Bolognese Sauce

500 g Extra Lean Minced Beef
1 Red Onion
250 g Mushrooms
1 Green Pepper
1 tsp English Mustard
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
3 Garlic Cloves
500 g Dolmio Extra Onion & Garlic Bolognese Sauce

Recipe Directions for Hannah's Bolognese Sauce

  1. Brown the mince then drain the fat.

  2. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and green pepper, cook then drain again.

  3. Add mustard, Tabasco and Tomato Ketchup then mix well, add the Dolmio sauce and simmer for about fifteen minutes.

  4. Cook the pasta (if required) in a separate pan according to the instructions on the packet.

  5. Drain pasta then serve with the sauce heaped on top.
