Recipe Ingredients for Handy Hummus

3 cups chickpea Cooked, Boiled, Without Salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
3/5 cup tahini
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
3/10 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for Handy Hummus

  1. Combine chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, and cayenne in food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and process to desired consistency.

  3. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper if desired.
