Ground ham and pork are shaped into a loaf like meatloaf. The glaze is mixed an poured on top.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamloaf with Glaze

1 pound ground pork
2 pounds ham
1 cup crackers
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons mustard

Recipe Directions for Hamloaf with Glaze

Mix the cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, and salt into the ground meat. Then shape into a loaf and put into the pan. Mix the glaze ingredients together and then pour on top of the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until the internal temperature is at least 170 degrees.
