Great tasting 1/4 pound burgers. Need to add 1/8 tsp of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to Recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburgers

1/8 tsp pepper, ground
1/8 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp chili powder, ground
1/8 tsp garlic powder, ground
1/8 tsp onion powder, ground
1/2 lb lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for Hamburgers

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.

  2. Divide into two portions and make into patties.

  3. Pan fry or grill until done.
