Great casserole with hamburger, vegetables, noodles and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Veggie Noodle Back

1 1/4 lb hamburger meat
16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. egg noodles
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Veggie Noodle Back

  1. Brown Hamburger meat and drain.

  2. Cook egg noodles and strain.

  3. Mix browned hamburger meat, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup in casserole baking pan.

  4. Layer shredded cheddar cheese on top of casserole.

  5. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

  6. Remove and let set 5 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
