Homemade vegetable and hamburger stew.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Stew

1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 cups canned tomatoes
3/4 cup green peas
3/4 cup lima beans
3/4 cup whole kernel corn
32 ounces beef stock
1/2 cup dried onion
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Stew

  1. Put everything into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 3 or 4 hours.

  2. Great served with cornbread
