Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Stew

1 lb ground beef, sirloin
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 potatoes, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 tsps mustard
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups water, boiling
3 tbsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Stew

  1. Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer over low heat 45 minutes or unitl potatoes and carrots are tender.
