You can serve this hamburger soup recipe in a dish, on top of baked potatoes or in flour tortillas. It's great with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and sliced black olives

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Soup

1/2 lb Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
15 oz Beans Kidney Dark Red
11 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup mild salsa
3/4 oz taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Soup

  1. 1. Brown ground beef. Add the onion and pepper and cook another 3-4 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, salsa, taco seasoning and a little water.

  3. 3. Heat ingredients for 20 minutes. Serve in a dish and top with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
