Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger & Rice

4 oz ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 large onions
2 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for Hamburger & Rice

  1. Cook rice as directed

  2. Chop onions and celery, add water and bring to a boil. Salt & pepper to taste. As onions & celery begin to soften, add ground beef. Brown ground beef. Add cooked rice, mix together thoroughly.
