Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Rice Hotdish

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
4 stalks celery
1 1/2 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1 cups brown rice

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Rice Hotdish

  1. Brown Ground beef, add diced onion and celery, saute.

  2. Mix in soup, mushrooms, milk and cooked rice.

  3. Simmer for 30 minutes or bake.
