Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Rice Casserole

1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
12 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
0.5 large raw Zucchini
1 medium Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup raw Mushrooms
4 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Gourmet
4 tbsp Ketchup, Low Sodium

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Rice Casserole

Brown hamburger in a pan on med heat. Add garlic and BBQ or meatball sauce and continue cooking until all meat is coated. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add cooked rice and coat with ketchup, mixing it up for about 4-5 min. Remove from heat and serve.
