Recipe Ingredients for hamburger lo mein

1 pound hamburger
8 oz pasta
1 large onion
1 cup bean sprouts
4 1/2 oz mushrooms
5 oz waterchestnuts
2 cups brocolli
1/3 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for hamburger lo mein

  1. Mix hamburger, 4 cloves garlic, onion and brown.,

  2. add sprouts, mushroooms, waterchestnuts and cook 3-5 minutes longer

  3. Add brocolli, pasta, soy sauce and ginger toss and heat.
