Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger and Lentil Stew 7/26/12

246 grams Carrots
48 grams Celery
169 grams Onions
345 grams Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
6 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
500 grams Beef
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup Beef Broth
1 1/4 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Hamburger and Lentil Stew 7/26/12

  1. Cook all veggies except potato in olive oil.

  2. Add mince. Cook well.

  3. Add potatoes, broth, and 1 cup water. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.

  4. Add in lentils towards end of 20 minutes. Thicken with arrowroot if needed.
