Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger hash

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
64 oz Potatoes
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.5 cup frozen Niblets Corn
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Hamburger hash

  1. Lightly brown ground beef in a non-stick skillett

  2. Add:

  3. 4 cups diced potato

  4. 1 cup carrots

  5. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15 minute (until potatos and carrots are lightly cooked)

  6. Add frozen vegetables

  7. Add seasonings

  8. Cover & cook 10 minutes

  9. Serve
