Recipe Ingredients for hamburger gravy

1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 cup bisquick
2 cups of nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for hamburger gravy

  1. In a nonstick skillet sprayed out with PAM brown the beef. Add the onion and garlic and stir until wilted.

  2. Sprinkle the bisquick on top and stir it in.

  3. Add the milk while stirring and stir until the pan is deglazed.

  4. Bring to a simmer and simmer for about 2 minutes to cook the flour.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
