Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Goulash

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
10 ounces whole wheat elbow macaroni
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
16 ounce tomatoe sauce
6 ounce tomatoe paste
1 medium onion chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tbls garlic powder
1 tbls ground basil
1 tbls ground oregano
6 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Goulash

  1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions - set aside.

  2. Brown beef with chopped onion.

  3. Add spices

  4. Add diced tomatoes, sauce, paste, and water.

  5. Slow cook about 1 hour.

  6. Add cooked pasta to beef mixture and serve.

  7. Makes about 10 (3/4 cup) servings
