I went through the cupboard and put together what I had. Came out really great! I used 90% ground beef and used tomato puree instead of spaghetti sauce. This cut back on a lot of caloires.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Egg Noodle Casserole

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, small chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
2 cups tomato puree
4 cups egg noodles
2 tblsp Italian Dressing
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 oz provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Egg Noodle Casserole

Fry the hamburger, onion and pepper. When beef is brown, add tomato puree. Add egg noodles (cooked). Add spices (oregano, basil and thyme - I forgot to put it in above but calories are zero). Add Italian salad dressing and garlice powder. Mix all together and put in casserole dish. Cover with provolone cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts into the casserole.
