Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Corn Casserole

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
12 oz canned corn
10 3/4 oz campbell' healthy request cream of chicken soup
10 3/4 oz campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
20 oz. dreamfields pasta

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Corn Casserole

  1. Lightly brown ground beef and oninons.

  2. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix well and simmer briefly.

  4. Stir in 3 cups of noodles, cooked (not exact).

  5. Top with breadcrumbs.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
