1/2 cu Chop Suey Vegetables
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Patty
1.5 serving Soy Sauce
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Bean Sprouts

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Chinese

Brown, drain & rinse hamburger. Drain & rinse sprouts, chop suey veggies. Mix & heat together. Serve on chow mein noodles.
