Same as Turkey Casserole, but made with ground beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger Casserole

4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, diced
14 1/2 ounce carrots (drain)
15 ounce peas (don't drain)
1 lb Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
10 3/4 ounce tomato soup

Recipe Directions for Hamburger Casserole

  1. Layer each ingredient in a 9 x 13 pan starting with the sliced potatoes then onion followed by the carrots, peas, then browned turkey and top with the can of tomato soup.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
