Recipe Ingredients for Hamburger, beans and vegie soup

16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 serving Garlic Cloves
29 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
15 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
1 oz Distilled White Vinegar
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Hamburger, beans and vegie soup

  1. Brown beef, drain fat

  2. Add chopped vegies and saute for 10 minutes

  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 50 minutes.

  4. Hearty soup so you can add some water to the pot to make a couple extra servings
