1 lb ground beef
15 oz tomatoes
1 cup brown rice
15 oz black beans
1 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Hamburg Rice

  1. Brown hamburg is skillet.

  2. Add tomatoes and 2 cups water.

  3. Add rice and cook until tender about 20 minutes.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, then serve.
