Recipe Ingredients for Hamburg Gravy

15 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 serving corn starch
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Hamburg Gravy

  1. Brown hamburger, breaking apart into bits, drain. Season to taste. (Can add chopped onion) Mix corn starch in water to thicken.

  2. Boil and drain potatoes. Mix with margarine and skim milk to mash.

  3. Serve gravy over mashed potatoes.
