Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Swiss breakfast quiche

1/4 pound ham, diced
1 Pie crust (8 inch)
1/2 egg white
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 salt
1 pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Ham and Swiss breakfast quiche

  1. Preheat to 400F.

  2. Brush pie shells with beaten egg white. Sprinkle ham into pie shells.

  3. In a bowl, beat together eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and apper. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over ham. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.

  4. Bake uncovered until firm, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
