Ham and Spinach Egg bake made with whole grain white bread. Recipe calls for 8 whole eggs, however, I made it with 4 whole eggs and 4 egg whites.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Spinach Egg Casserole

200 grams Egg, Whole
4 large Egg, White
8 slices Soft and Smooth Made with Whole Grain White Bread
16 oz Farmlandd Foods Cubbed Ham- 1/2 inch
1.5 cup Spinach
2 cup Cheese
4 tbsp Country Crock Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
4 cup 1% Lowfat Milk

Recipe Directions for Ham and Spinach Egg Casserole

  1. preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. spread 8 slices cubbed, buttered bread accross the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan

  3. mix 8 eggs, 4 cups milk, 1 tbsp salt, 2 cups cubbed ham, 1.5 cups frozen shredded spinach, and 3/4 cups cheese in a bowl and pour over bread

  4. top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese

  5. cover with tin foil and cook 45-1 hr, removing tin foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

  6. let cool before serving
