From Fix it and Forget It cookbook. Great in the crock pot. Made with ham leftovers.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Scalloped Pototoes

2 cups Potatoes
4 slices of ham
1/4 onion
1 T garlic
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup 1% milk
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Ham and Scalloped Pototoes

  1. Place half of potatoes, ham and onion in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle wth salt, pepper and cheese. Repeat layers.

  2. Spoon soup over top, Sprinkle with paprika.

  3. cover. cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4 hours
