Ham sandwich w/ sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Ham sandwich w/ sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms

2 slices Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
1/6 large onion, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
2 (18g) medium white mushrooms
2 (26g) slices Country Hearth 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat
1/2 tbsp canola oil
14 g Kraft 2% shredded cheese
2 slices red ripe tomato
100 g red leaf lettuce

Recipe Directions for Ham sandwich w/ sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms

  1. saute onions in the oil for 2 minutes

  2. Add bell peppers and mushroom, saute another 1-2 minutes. Place bread in toaster

  3. Add ham, heat until hot.

  4. Get toasted bread from toaster, add meat & veggies. Top with shredded cheese. Add lettuce & tomato as desired.
