Super easy to make appetizer using neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Ham Rollups - low fat

8 ounces
12 ounces ham, deli sliced
1 green onions, 1 bunch

Recipe Directions for Ham Rollups - low fat

  1. Set out neufchatel cheese for 15 - 20 minutes to warm up.

  2. Thoroughly wash green onions and cut off tips.

  3. Place 1 slice of ham on cutting board. Using spatula, spread cheese on entire ham slice.

  4. Place one green onion lengthwise on cheese and roll ham slice into a log. Cut into 5 or 6 rounds and arrange on plate.
