Very satisfying; good use for leftover veggies and a little ham.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham Quiche

12 oz (1 serving) Ham, Honey
0.33 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
16 oz Light Deli Cheese
0.13 cup All Purpose Flour
18.66 tbsp Fat-Free Half and half
0.75 cup Egg Beaters
1 crust Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled

Recipe Directions for Ham Quiche

  1. Mix ham, bell pepper, green onion, cheese and flour; toss all ingredients lightly.

  2. Mix half and half into eggs.

  3. Sitr gently; fold ham mix into egg mix.

  4. Pour mix into unbaked pie shell.

  5. Bake 10 minutes at 425, then decrease heat to 325 degrees and back 20 minutes or until firm.
