Exactly what it sounds like, comfort food. I've cut the fat and calories to make it reasonable, but it still tastes great!

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Potato Casserole

6 cups Potatoes, cubed
1 cup Onion
2 tsp Butter
6 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 cups Milk 1%
1/2 cup Light Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 cups Ham
3 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for Ham and Potato Casserole

  1. Cooke onions in butter in skillet. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add milk slowly. Cook until thick.

  3. Add cheese and melt.

  4. Add ham and potatoes. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Cook at 400 degrees F for about 30 min.
