yum! use .5 tsp oil to saute mushroom and roast butternut, then use remaining tsp oil and vinegar, (I like lots of vinegar) on the salad as dressing.

4 oz. butternut squash
2 oz. ham
2 oz. carrots
2 oz. cucumber
2 oz. portabella mushroom
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. vinegar
