Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Pineapple Pizza

2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups unbleached flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water
1/2 cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic minced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup red wine
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 oz. onion, thinly sliced
4 oz. deli ham
4 oz. pineapple, packed in juice
1/2 cup broccoli, steamed

Recipe Directions for Ham & Pineapple Pizza

  1. Make dough with flour, water, yeast and salt.

  2. Make sauce with the next 9 ingredients.

  3. Make the dough into a pie crust.

  4. Put the sauce on top, followed by cheese, onion, ham, broccoli and pineapple

  5. Bake it and eat it.
