Use your left-over Sunday dinner ham to make this quick casserole.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham Noodle Dinner

8 ounces No Yolks egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 cooking spray
2 cups low-fat ham, cooked
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) low-fat cream of mushroom soup, condensed and undiluted
10 ounces frozen peas, thawed
1 cup (4 ounces) fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon ground mustard

Recipe Directions for Ham Noodle Dinner

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

  2. Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with cooking spray, saute celery, onion and mushrooms until tender. Stir in noodles and remaining ingredients.

  3. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until heated through.

  4. Yield: 8 servings. (Approximately 1 cup serving size)
