Todd's Ham Noodle Casserole Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Ham Noodle Casserole

12 oz ham
8 oz Kraft fat-free cheddar cheese
227 g fat free sour cream
1/2 c onion
1/2 c green sweet pepper
2 tbsp butter
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
8 oz egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Ham Noodle Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Boil and drain egg noodles.

  3. In a skillet, melt butter.

  4. Cook onion and sweet green pepper until soft.

  5. Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup to onion and sweet green pepper.

  6. Remove from heat.

  7. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.

  8. Add 1/3 of noodles to casserole dish.

  9. Add 1/3 of cheddar cheese.

  10. Add 1/3 ham.

  11. Add 1/2 soup mixture.

  12. Add 1/3 of noodles to casserole dish.

  13. Add 1/3 of cheddar cheese.

  14. Add 1/3 ham.

  15. Add 1/2 soup mixture.

  16. Add 1/3 of noodles to casserole dish.

  17. Add 1/3 of cheddar cheese.

  18. Add 1/3 ham.

  19. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes
