8 oz Brown Sugar Spiral Ham
8 oz Mushrooms
0.75 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 oz Scallion
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.75 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for ham & mushroom skillet

saute chopped onion in large skillet with 1 tsp olive oil while dicing fully cooked ham and slicing mushrooms to add to softened onions for five minutes till heated through. add cooked rice and liquids to bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer 5 minutes serve with chopped scallions and cheese
