Omelet with chopped ham and mozzarella cubes

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and mozzarella omelet

4 eggs
2 oz whole milk
85 g mozzarella, diced
3 slices ham, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Ham and mozzarella omelet

  1. Mix the eggs with the milk and beat till frothy. Add the chopped ham and the cubed mozzarella. Season with a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper.

  2. Pour into pan when the oil is hot, so that a "skin" forms immediately. Layer by lifting the edges of the omelet. When almost done, place a large plate over pan, hold firmly and overturn pan. Turn off heat and cover for a minute or so, till uncooked side is done and omelet has risen. Serve while hot and still fluffy.
