Recipe Ingredients for Ham Loaf

1 pound ham, ground
1 pound fresh pork
2/3 cup crackers, crumbled
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Ham Loaf

  1. Combine ground ham and fresh pork, cracker crumbs, milk, chopped onion, slightly beaten egg and dash pepper.

  2. Press into loaf dish, then turn out into shallow baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

  4. Spoon glaze over loaf last 30 minutes if desired.
