Slow cooker Ham, Green Bean and Potato recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes

44 oz Smoked Honey Cured Ham
3 cup FreshCut Blue Lake Cut Green Beans
8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 tsp Bouillon Granules
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes

  1. Halve beans if large. Place in slow cooker and barely cover with water. Add onion and ham. Cover and cook on high until simmering. Reduce heat to low and cook 2-3 hours until beans are crisp.

  2. Add potatoes and cook for another 45 minutes. While potatoes are cooking, remove ham and cut it up and then return to slow cooker. Add seasonings and adjust to taste. Cook until potatoes are done.
