Recipe Ingredients for Ham Fried Rice

2 eggs
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
3/4 cup of brown rice
2/3 cup cooked ham
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chives

Recipe Directions for Ham Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice

  2. in skillet cook and stir eggs until set. Remove and set aside.

  3. In same skillet add all indredients except soy sauce and eggs. Heat through. Add soy sauce and eggs.

  4. Serve immediately.
