266 g rice
138 g cooked ham, diced
2 eggs
15 g garlic

Recipe Directions for Ham and eggs with leftover rice

  1. throw diced ready cooked ham in a hot pan with garlic (a dash of olive oil or spray with 1 cal spray)

  2. beat the eggs in a cup and add to the hot pan and keep stirring and moving the pan,

  3. once the egg is cooked in little bits add the rice to heat through

  4. serve and enjoy
