Recipe Ingredients for ham & egg muffin cups

1 1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 pound chopped ham
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/16 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for ham & egg muffin cups

  1. Dice ham and onions.

  2. Spray 6 muffin cup pan.

  3. In a bowl compine all ingredients.

  4. Pour egg mixture into 6 muffin cups.

  5. Bake at 350 20-25 min.
