1 egg
1/2 oz lean ham
1 tbsp Monterey Jack, Reduced Fat, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Ham/Egg Muffin Cup

  1. Spray large muffin cups.

  2. Line with 1-2 slices of shaved deli ham

  3. Break egg into cup

  4. Sprinkle cheese on top

  5. Add sliced green onion and salt/pepper

  6. Bake at 350˚ 15 minutes
