Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Egg Cups

1 large Egg, White
1/4 oz Honey Ham w/Natural Juices
1/5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.1 oz Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ham & Egg Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Lightly spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line 10 cups with a slice of Carl Buddig honey ham. Crack open one egg per cup filling the ham as if it were a cupcake liner. Top with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake for 11-13 minutes until the eggs are white. (Eating undercooked eggs can be dangerous so be careful.)

  4. After you take them out of the oven, top with remaining ingredients as desired.
