Recipe Ingredients for Ham Egg & Cheese Cups: Broccoli, Spinach, Garlic & Onion

6 eggs
1 cup cooked spinach
1 cup cooked broccoli
3 button mushrooms
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/2 small sweet onion
1 t salt
1 t pepper
14 slices ham

Recipe Directions for Ham Egg & Cheese Cups: Broccoli, Spinach, Garlic & Onion

  1. Combine all ingredients except ham.

  2. Place ham over opening in muffin tin.

  3. Place one scoop of mix into ham slice and allow to drop into opening in pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
