Recipe Ingredients for Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

16 tbsp Egg Substitute
3 serving Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese (Great Value)
4 slice Health-full Bread
25 grams Olive Oil Spread (Land O Lakes)
0.67 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
6 oz Smoked Ham

Recipe Directions for Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

  1. Butter the slices of bread and place buttered side down in an 8.5X11 baking dish.

  2. In a bowl whisk together egg whites and milk

  3. Fold in cheese and ham

  4. Pour on top of bread and spread evenly

  5. Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours)

  6. Bake at 350* covered with foil for 40 minutes or until firm

  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown
