Recipe Ingredients for Ham Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich

1 whole wheat english muffin
2 eggs
28 g ham 3 slices
1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Ham Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich

  1. cook ham in small 6" skillet, remove

  2. add two scrambled eggs to make an omlet, then add the ham. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip.

  3. Then add cheese. I put 1/2 the cheese inside the omlet, then fold it and put the rest ontop

  4. Toast the english muffin

  5. put omlet inside english muffin
